I want to trigger a rule every day, week or month which sends a mail to a specific person.
Trigger the rule every x minutes or hours is already possible but it would be nice to have it for days, weeks, months.
Additionally it would be helpfull to
specify the time when the rule should be triggered.

We are currently planning to add a number of improvements to the Rule Engine. Extending the timer functionality is one of them. I expect these changes to go live in Q3.
